Summary


The prosecution, calling Black a "flight risk", wants him imprisoned before his Nov. 30 sentencing. "We want to make sure he's there for that sentencing," [Patrick Fitzgerald] said.

"We intend to appeal," Edward Greenspan, Black's lawyer, told reporters. "Obviously we're disappointed. We came here to be acquitted of everything."

Friends say Black never saw himself as guilty and, therefore, never anticipated conviction. He termed the U.S. prosecutors "Nazis", said they wore his case around their necks like "a toilet seat".
