"It's definitely tough to take, but it was a great snap (from long-snapper Chris Cvetkovic) and I just let it go through my hands. It happens, but at the same time, it shouldn't be happening. It's a mistake that I shouldn't have made.

"Overall, I think I did well," [Alexis Serna] said. "But that one punt, it still hurts. And when you have that in your performance, it hurts and you can't really think about anything else. You've just got to think about it tonight and be ready to go this next coming week."

"I think we had them on the ropes for a good part of the game. It was just that we couldn't really put the dagger in offensively or defensively. Ultimately, we've got some things to work on, which is good, but obviously it's never good to lose."
