Summary
There are two powertrain packages from which to select -- a naturally aspirated, 4.4-litre aluminum V8 kicking out 300 horsepower and 315 pound-feet of torque or a supercharged 4.2L V8 that boosts the power to 390 horses and 410 lb-ft of torque. Both engines work through a six-speed ZF automatic and a two-speed electronic transfer case with an infinitely variable locking centre differential that automatically moves available torque to both axles.
The Sport's four-wheel drive is a full-time system that can be shifted between low and high ranges without stopping. There's also a fully locked mode should you decide to take it off-road, although it's difficult to imagine anyone pounding one of these $80,000-plus vehicles through the rough stuff. Still, there's no doubt the Sport has the capacity to go rock and ravine crawling. Its rigid monocoque body is firmly mounted on a hydroformed steel frame, creating a solid platform that can take on such obstacles, even though its biggest challenge is likely to be the trail leading to the cottage.Standard features: Power tilt and telescopic steering wheel, power-adjustable front seats, power folding exterior mirrors, cold climate package (heated windshield, dual-stage heated front and rear seats and heated washer jets), cruise control, automatic rain-sensing wipers, dual-zone automatic climate control, premium digital surround-sound AM/FM audio system with six-disc in-dash CD/MP3 changer, DVD-based navigation system, front and rear park assist, power sunroof, windows and door locks, HomeLink, retractable rear load space cover, tire pressure monitoring system, bi-xenon automatic headlights with power washersSee the full content of this document
