"I would say we're worried about it," said Ray Racette, a spokesman for the WRHA and also the president and CEO of Victoria Hospital.

A spokesperson from the minister of health said the department has no plans to close the ER at the Grace, and will work with the WRHA on short- and long-term plans to ensure all empty shifts are filled.
