U of M Strikers Slow Traffic Using Rotating Picket Lines

Summary


"Traffic did get through, with some delays," U of M public affairs director John Danakas said Thursday.

"It's going to be a long day. They're going to be bargaining quite late," Danakas predicted.

The CAW went on strike at 12:01 a.m. on Oct. 10, putting 480 members who work in maintenance, food services, skilled trades, and other support jobs on the picket line.
