Sudbury French college anoints new president.

College Boreal in Sudbury has a new president.

Daniel Giroux will become the French post-secondary school's fifth president on Sept. 1. He replaces Pierre Riopel, who held the position for three years, and announced he would be stepping down from the role this past January.
