"I've had to stop and pinch myself sometimes," [Matt Johnston] said, beaming in a sponsor's tent after his round Saturday. "The fact that I get a chance to do this every day... is silly. It's a blast."

"Any way I can lend a helping hand to guys with the same dream I had," he noted. "Sometimes you forget that when you were 17 and [Rob McMillan] or [Glen Hnatiuk] said, 'Hi' to you, that was a pretty cool day."

"I'm not surprised I'm playing well but because I haven't played much, I didn't know how I'd play under the gun," McMillan said Saturday.
