Thunder Bay hotels judged best in the chain.
Days Inns Canada announced March 16 that both franchise locations in Thunder Bay (Thunder Bay North and Days Inn & Suites) were awarded the distinguished Chairman's Award for Quality. The hotels are two of eight Days Inn locations in Canada to receive this award for 2015.
The award is presented annually and recognizes hotels that consistently provide an exemplary product as measured through guest feedback. Recipients are identified for going above and beyond set standards in daily operations and customer service requirements.
The Days Inn, Thunder Bay North location also received three additional awards for performance in 2015, including the Guest Choice Award, Property of the Year (86-rooms plus), and General Manager of the Year...
