Summary
Saturday and Sunday, MTS Centre. On new album Taking the Long Way, the Texas trio is a little bit country and a little bit rock 'n' roll, thanks to producer Rick Rubin. The members are touring with a nine-piece band. They're still a little ticked off about being shunned by conservative hicks in the U.S. after lead vocalist Natalie Maines voiced her embarrassment that President George W. Bush was from their home state, so expect a fiery concert. Decent seats are still available for both shows. Tickets are $65 and $85 at Ticketmaster.
