[Dave Wardrop] said Winnipeggers should prepare to make, "alternate travel plans, including car pooling, walking, or biking," in the event of a transit strike.

"It will be a minimal disruption, but it may escalate if there isn't any movement from the city," said [Keith Scott]. "There will only be disruption if the city depends on overtime to do the work of regular workers."
