"I'm just going to go with a gut feeling and we'll decide what that is (today)," said [Doug Berry]. "I still want to sit down with (special teams coach) Cory (McDiarmid) and (GM) Brendan (Taman) and get their input, but we'll decide tomorrow."

"To replace somebody after one game, I don't think that's the way we're going at it," McDiarmid added. "But if these guys shine, then right now it's out of Troy's hands.

"I talk to Troy every once in awhile. He came up to me on the first day, we talked a bit. He said, 'I'm probably not going to be very sociable to you.' And I said, 'I totally understand that situation.' We both understand what's going on and I'm just going to let him do his thing while I do my thing."
