A Brandon provincial court judge wasn't taking any excuses this week as she sentenced a Wal-Mart bandit who was captured after a high-speed chase. The women gave chase in their car and used a cellphone to supply police with updates as the truck ran two red lights and then sped east on the Trans-Canada Highway at speeds up to 180 km/h.
