[1] This appeal from a consent judgment of the Tax Court of Canada allowing James Venneri's appeals in part for three taxation years and dismissing his appeals for two other taxation years was dismissed with costs on February 8, 2005 (the Judgment). I issued a timetable for written disposition of the assessment of the Respondent's costs. The Appellant's mother, Rose Venneri, asserts that the transmission of my directions to the Appellant, in care of herself to the address for service set out in the instituting document, constitutes insulting behaviour, harassment and intimidation which must stop immediately.
