"If the CWB does not have a single desk or a complete set of assets, the CWB can no longer add value to the marketing of barley from Western Canada," [Ken Ritter] told reporters.

"There are people looking at whether there are grounds for court action," said [Rosann Wowchuk]. "We will be getting legal advice on whether this was democratic or not."

Wowchuk -- her voice tinged with venom and frustration -- called federal Agriculture Minister [Chuck Strahl] "an ideological dictator" who is hell bent on getting rid of the wheat board monopoly regardless of what producers want.
