Three members of the 435 "Chinthe" transport and rescue squadron parachuted from an Air Force CC-130 Hercules in temperatures colder than -20 C to treat the survivors, one of whom was critically injured, said a news release from 17 Wing, the Canadian Forces base in Winnipeg.
