ABA Law Library Collection Periodicals
This collection includes more than 2,700 mentions of Latin America. This collection digitizes ABA Law
Library Collection Periodicals, along with 44 periodicals previously only available to ABA section members.
It provides access to current volumes of included periodicals and covers all subject areas of American law. Publications from the ABA Center for Professional Development’s National Institutes from 2012 to date are
American Law Institute Library
Contains full runs of the Institute’s Annual Reports, Proceedings, Annual Meeting Speeches, and the Institute’s newsletter, The ALI Reporter. It also includes both current and archival Restatements of the Law, Uniform Commercial Code, Model Penal Code, ALI-ABA
Periodicals, and the Statement of Essential Human Rights (a pioneering ALI project of the mid-1940s).
Law Journal Library
The collection overall includes more than 2,300 law and law-related periodicals. Coverage is from the first issue published for all periodicals and goes through the most currently published issue allowed, based on contracts with publishers.
Foreign Relations of the United States (FRUS)
Including over 3,400 documents relating to Latin American-U.S. relations. The Foreign Relations of the United States series began in 1861 during the Lincoln administration and now comprises of more than 800 volumes. It presents the official documentary historical record of major U.S. foreign policy decisions and significant diplomatic activity.
Harvard Research in International Law
The collection includes access to the reprint of The Harvard Research in International Law as well as Contemporary Analysis and Appraisal. It also includes links to law review articles from within the Law Journal Library that are written by the contributors to the Harvard Research in International Law.
Immigration Law & Policy in the U.S.
This monumental collection includes more than 1,400 mentions of Latin America and is a compilation of the most important historical documents and legislation related to immigration in the United States as well as current hearings, debates and recent developments in immigration law. This first comprehensive database includes BIA Precedent Decisions, legislative histories, law and policy titles, extradition titles, scholarly articles, an extensive bibliography, and other related works.

Taxation & Economic Reform in America, Part I & II, 1781-2010
This historical archive contains thousands of volumes and millions of pages of legislative history materials and other documents. It includes the complete Carlton Fox Collection which contains nearly 42 years of historical legislation related to the internal revenue laws from 1909-1950. It includes more than 100 other legislative histories related to taxation, economic reform, and stimulus plans.
Code of Federal Regulations/Federal Register

Latin America is mentioned more than 9,200 times across this collection. This library enables legal scholars to research the constitutional and political development of every country in the world. It includes the current constitution for every country in its original language format and an English translation, as well as substantial constitutional histories for countries such as Australia, Brazil, China, France, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and many more. It also includes constitutional periodicals, thousands of classic books, other related works such as the World Fact Book, links to scholarly articles and online resources, and bibliographic references.
World Trials Library
This collection includes thousands of trials including complete sets of American State Trials, Howell’s State Trials, and the Nuremburg Trials. It also includes famous trials from Philadelphia’s Jenkins Law Library, Cornell University, and the University of Missouri-Columbia’s trials collections. It contains trial transcripts, critical court documents, and trial-related resources such as monographs which analyze and debate the decisions of famous trials, as well as biographies of many of the greatest trial lawyers in history.
