ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Geoffrey England is a Professor of Labour Law and Industrial Rela-

tions at the Edwards School of Business, and an Adjunct Professor at

the College of Law at t he University of Saskatchewan. He has an L L.B.

from the London School of Economics; an LL.M. from Dalhousie Uni-

versity; and a n M.A. in Industrial Rel ations from Warwick University.

He taught previously at the law schools at Calgary, Queen’s, and Car-

diff. He al so act s as an Appeals Adjudicator under the Saskatchewan

Labour Standards Act and as a collective agreement arbitrator.
