About the Author

Paul Wearing advises company presidents, CEOs, and HR managers on all

aspects of employment and labour law to eectively manage the work-

place. His law practice includes strategic labour and employment advice,

training, and representation of private and public sector employers before

the courts, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Re-

lations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Paul was called

to the Ontario bar in 1978 and was counsel to the Association of Local

Public Health Agencies before the Walkerton Commission of Inquiry.

His royalties from the sale of this book are donated to the Pediatric

Cancer Research Foundation.
