About the Experts

Rohan G Bansie

Rohan G Bansie is counsel at the Ottawa law rm Quinn

iele Mineault Grodzki LLP. His current practice is fo-

cused on personal injury litigation, commercial litigation,

and sports and entertainment law. He has experience be-

fore all levels of courts in the Province of Ontario, includ-

ing the Court of Appeal.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr Bansie had a suc-

cessful career in training and development/management

consulting and teaching. e focus of his consulting ac-

tivity was coaching, sta motivation, addressing change

and time management issues, and the development and

delivery of training programs.

Mr Bansie is also a trained mediator who, from

the beginning of his consulting career to date, has over

twenty-ve years of experience in assisting clients with

conict resolution issues. He has been appointed to the

roster of court-connected mediators in the Ontario Su-

perior Court.
