I would like to thank my employer, the University of Ottawa, for grant-

ing me a sabbatical during the 2014 calendar year. Although I had

started working on thi s edition in August 2012, my recent leave of ab-

sence from teaching and admi nistration allowed me to devote all my

energy to f‌inishing t he project. I would also like to thank my f riends

and family, most notably my partner, Priceela, and my children, Olivia

and Zacharie, for helping me f‌ind time to w rite and for supporting me,
