ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

An extremely vast f‌ield of public law, administrative law is that which deals with numerous fed-

eral and provincial boards, tribunals, and commissions and, in its broadest sense, deals with

legal aspects of the government in its everyday operation. Much of the interaction of the legal

system with the administrative apparatus of government comes in the form of judicial review

by the courts of the decisions of boards, tribunals, and commissions. Related topics: AGRI-
