Form 48.1: Assessment Order of the

Review Board

This form is contained in the Criminal Code. It appeared for the rst time

with the proclamation of Bill C-10. It may be used by the Review Board to

order the assessment of the accused pursuant to the provisions of section

672.121 of the Criminal Code.
