Disposition: Detention in Hospital

(Section 672.54(c))

This form (Form 49) is contained in the Criminal Code. It is used where the

court makes a disposition (for either an unt or a not criminally respon-

sible accused) pursuant to the provisions of section 672.54(c). This form,

along with a “New Accused Information Sheet” lled out by the Crown, is

sent to the Review Board within forty-eight hours. Note that any dispos-

ition of the court (other than under section 672.54(a)) is reviewed by the

Review Board within ninety days.
