Summary:

Motor Vehicle Accident - Damage Award - Defendant held liable for damages arising out of motor vehicle accident where Defendant's motor vehicle upset on wrong side of road in front of Plaintiff and Plaintiff unable to avoid striking Defendant's vehicle. Special damages for personal injuries awarded to Plaintiff for $1,443.00 and $2,500.00 general damages for personal injuries for dislocated left shoulder joint and a widening of the acromio-clavicular joint - painful but curable injury.
