The Court held the defendant 100% liable for plaintiff's damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident occurring on December 3, 1966. In October 1965, the plaintiff was involved in a motor vehicle accident which resulted in severe personal injuries. Court found that it was difficult to separate the effects of the injuries suffered by the plaintiff in the first accident and those suffered by the plaintiff in the second accident. Court stated:
