Summary:

This action arose out of a claim for damages for personal injuries resulting from a motor vehicle collision in which the defendant's motor vehicle struck the plaintiff's motor vehicle from the rear. Interlocutory judgment was entered for the plaintiff and the trial court awarded the plaintiff $20,000.00 general damages for personal injuries.
