Summary:

Negligence & Damage Award - The D dentist held liable for damages for personal injury where lower lip of P was burned while P was under anesthetic as a result of a hot instrument being used to extract teeth. The infant P is left with a small scar which is a permanent facial disfigurement. $2,000 General Damages.
