Summary:

Plaintiff held entitled to recover purchase price of 5 motor vehicles sold under dealer agreement entered into by defendant in personal capacity. Subsequent to date of agreement the defendant incorporated a limited company and the defendant alleged that vehicles were sold to the company. Judge found that plaintiff shipped the vehicles to the individual accepted delivery on these terms. Failure of defendant to obtain license pursuant to sections 47, 48 and 49 of Motor Vehicle Act could not void obligation.
