COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION
Disputes between commercial entities are often resolved by reference to third-party arbitra-
tors. These works deal with the conventions employed in such arbitral exercises. If one party
to such a commercial dispute is the federal government, then the Commercial Arbitration Act
