CORPORATE LAW
The law as it relates specif‌ically to the creation, governance, operation, and disestablishment
of corporations in Canada. This is a matter of mixed jurisdiction in that there is the federal
Canada Business Corporations Act and there are similar provincial statutes, meaning that a
corporation can be incorporated federally or provincially. This topic deals specif‌ically with

COMPAGNIES
Domaine traditionnel, bien qu’en constante évolution, le droit des compagnies porte sur l’une
