Summary:

Damage Award - Back Injury - On assessment of damages for personal injuries resulting from an automobile accident in which liability was admitted, the Court awarded special damages of $2,892 (including $2,250 for cost of hiring man) and $12,000 general damages to male farmer for 2 disc fractures in back and injuries to soft tissue near fractures, permanent continued pain and inability to work his farm. Doctor stated complete improvement not expected.
