Summary:

This action arose out of a claim for damages for personal injuries resulting from a collision between the defendant's truck and plaintiff's motorcycle. Interlocutory judgment was entered for the plaintiff and the trial court awarded the plaintiff $25,000.00 general damages for personal injuries.
