Re: Wrongful Dismissal

We continue with Mr. Romano’s le. Castles & Sands, the lawyers for Eastern Cast Iron

Corporation, have now served us with a notice of intent to defend, Precedent11.1, and a

statement of defence, Precedent 11.2. According to the defendant’s statement of defence,

Mr. Romano’s performance as executive marketing supervisor was unsatisfactory; further-

more, Mr. Romano apparently agreed with the performance assessment and also agreed to

go down a level and take the position of an oce manager, which he accepted and then

voluntarily left the company.
