Digest: The plaintiff claimed that the defendant owed him $11,200 being the value of certain goods that the defendant took into his possession and that he could not recover from him. The plaintiff had moved into a suite owned by the defendant, as his guest, and the latter helped him move his possessions into it. When their relationship deteriorated the defendant demanded that the plaintiff vacate the suite and put the plaintiff�s property outside. The plaintiff attended at the property but could not take his bed. The other items that he had left there were missing. The defendant argued that they had been abandoned by the plaintiff.
