Summary:
The plaintiff brought a motion to obtain a "rolling" Anton Piller Order against Jane Doe and John Doe defendants. The unknown defendants were allegedly infringing intellectual property rights belonging to the plaintiff, but in different places, at different times and in different circumstances.
The Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division, issued a rolling Anton Piller Order on terms significantly different from that which was originally sought.
