Summary:

The plaintiff brought a motion to obtain a "roll­ing" Anton Piller Order against Jane Doe and John Doe defendants. The unknown defend­ants were allegedly infringing intel­lectual property rights belonging to the plaintiff, but in different places, at different times and in different circumstances.

The Federal Court of Canada, Trial Divi­sion, issued a rolling Anton Piller Order on terms significantly different from that which was originally sought.
