In reviewing this edition of Legal Oice Procedures, I am reminded of how important law clerks’

and legal assistants’ contributions are to the knowledge and efficiency of the legal team and how

critical they are to the implementation of proper legal services.

e practice of law has changed significantly over the recent past. Technology has made a huge

impact. I welcome the knowledge, organization and dedication of the authors in providing a

current, comprehensive manual, providing the reader with all the basic information needed to

understand the structure and concepts of a law practice. ese materials are successfully designed

law firm to the more complex real estate title search.
