Where a remedy is sought, it must be contained in a motion or application.58A notice of motion must be filed and served before a court will address a claim for interim relief under the Federal Child Support Guidelines; the notice of motion for interim relief must set out the precise relief sought.59A motion for increased child support may be heard by way of a telephone application.60
