Adoption - Consent of parents - Dispensing with consent, grounds - A mother and father with one child were divorced - The mother remarried and applied for adoption of the child - The father refused to consent to the adoption - The Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench refused to grant the adoption order where it would not be in the best interest of the child - The father and child had a very good relationship.
