Amending Reg. 460 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Item 128 of the Schedule to Regulation 460 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Minister of Finance” in Column 2 and substituting “Chair”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 9 to the Protecting the People of Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
