Female, Plaintiff 45, awarded $685. special damages for injuries including $300. for loss of income and $1,250 general damages for minor facial scars, eight-day hospitalization, off work for six weeks, pain and suffering. Male Plaintiff 40, awarded $100. general damages for broken ribs and several days lost work and $75. for loss of income. Female Plaintiff, 45, awarded $250. general damages for bruises, cuts, shock and pain and suffering and three days loss of work and $45. special damages. (including $30. loss of income).
