Summary:
This case arose out of a husband's appeal from a decision allowing his wife's petition for divorce, ordering an equal division of the matrimonial assets and ordering payment to the wife for her contribution to the husband's business assets. The decision of Morrison, J., of the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Trial Division, is reported in (1981), 43 N.S.R.(2d) 292; 81 A.P.R. 292.
The Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Appeal Division, dismissed the appeal and affirmed the trial judge's decision.
