Summary:

This action arose out of a claim for damages for personal injuries resulting from a motor vehicle accident in which the defendant's motor vehicle struck the plaintiff pedestrian. Interlocutory judgment was entered for the plaintiff and the trial court awarded the plaintiff $15,000.00 general damages for personal injuries.
