HUMAN RESOURCES LAW
In contrast with Employment and Labour law, which deal with the statutes that detail the rules
surrounding the employment, discipline, and dismissal of employees, Human Resources law
is a much broader and varied topic. It deals with a wide range of employment related matters
such as harassment in the workplace, duties to accommodate, rights of employee privacy, etc.
Most matters within this topic will be provincial in scope, and some grounded in caselaw.
