LEGAL SYSTEM

Works in this area provide information about the foundations and workings of our legal sys-

tem, including Parliament, legislatures, courts, boards, and tribunals, etc. A number of titles

deal with the “criminal justice” system, which should be viewed as a subset of the legal system

in that it is essentially concerned with matters related only to criminal law and punishment
