Summary:

Motor Vehicle and Damage Award - Appeal dismissed from judgment in favour of two infant Plaintiffs for damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident. Held that award of $25,000.00 for general damages for personal injuries and award of $2,000.00 for general damages for personal injuries to infant Plaintiffs was not inordinately or unreasonably high or low. See N.B. Law News, September 15, 1966 issue, # 66-53 [See [1966] N.B. Law News No. 53] for details of injury to infant Plaintiffs.
