Exclusion and expulsion - Immigration - Deportation of a person seeking entry in Canada - A person entered Canada as a visitor and then applied for admission to Canada as a non-immigrant - A special inquiry officer after an inquiry ordered that the person be deported because he was not a Canadian citizen or a person with a Canadian domicile and because he was not a non-immigrant and also was not a qualified immigrant - The Federal Court of Appeal affirmed the deportation order made by the special inquiry officer.
