Section 20(2) of the Divorce Act provides that any corollary order, other than a provisional order under section 18(2), has legal effect throughout Canada. National effect is extended to provincial divorce judgments, as distinct from any corollary orders therein, by the express provisions of section 13 of the Divorce Act.4
