New hotel opens in Timmins.

Timmins is now home to a new, six-storey, 115-room Hampton Inn, which was recently opened by Vrancor Group, a hospitality and development company.

Located on Riverside Drive, Timmins' main thoroughfare, the hotel features free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business centre with computers and complimentary printing, an indoor swimming pool, and a fitness centre.

Rooms have 42-inch LED televisions, fridges, microwaves and coffeemakers. Twenty deluxe studio suites offer kitchenettes, additional space and a sleeper sofa.

Two meeting rooms area also available, featuring 1,350 square feet for 150 people, and a smaller boardroom that can accommodate 10 people.
