The Northern Centre for Advanced Technology (NORCAT) is now an approved training centre for the provincially mandated Working at Heights training program.

The full-day program is designed to provide instruction to any worker who is regularly, or on occasion, assigned work that may require working at heights criteria whereby fall arrest protection equipment and safeguard are required to be implemented.

"We are ecstatic to be offering our MOL-certified Working at Heights program," trainer Andrew McCann said in a statement. "Our program expands on our previous fall arrest protection program, but offers additional intensive training, ensuring all workers get home safely."
