Travaux de l'Assemblée
La session d'hiver 2020 de la 2e session de la 5e législature a commencé le 18 février et s'est terminée le 12 mars. Les travaux du comité plénier durant la session d'hiver 2020 ont porté principalement sur l'examen du budget principal des dépenses de 2020-2021 proposé par le gouvernement. Cinq projets de loi ont reçu la sanction au cours de la session d'hiver 2020 :
projet de loi no. 39 : Loi de crédits pour 2020-2021 (fonctionnement et entretien);
projet de loi no. 40 : Loi no 3 de 2019-2020 sur les crédits supplémentaires (fonctionnement et entretien);
projet de loi no. 41 : Loi modifiant la Loi sur la tutelle;
projet de loi no. 42 : Loi modifiant la Loi sur le cannabis;
projet de loi no. 43 : Loi modifiant la Loi sur le cannabis relativement aux périodes de consultation.
